How to send meeting information!

Meeting information should be sent to meetings@lrta.org. To ensure publication in all magazines 3 but preferably 4 months notice is required. The acceptance of late entries and corrections will depend on the differing lead times of the individual magazines. While entries for this page can be accepted to within a few days of the meeting please note that we cannot guarantee inclusion of late material.

Please supply the following information:

Note: Please do NOT use Block Capitals unless that is how you wish it to appear. To assist in ensuring entries are in standard form and to reduce possibility of errors a standard E-mail entry form is available as follows:

Black text = required! (including punctuation).
Green text = Replace as required! n.nn = entrance fee, nn = Date, nn.nn = time in 24 hour clock.
Fuschia text = alternatives!
Society = TLRS. TMS etc. - Not required for LRTA meetings!

To reduce the possibility of errors ending up in the magazines contributors are asked to check their entries when they appear on the website!
