NOTES!
Select the items you wish to see from the
Store Sections box on the left of the screen or enter a search term into the
Search Box at the top right of the screen.
The selection made in the
Store Sections box will take you to a page showing the items in that section where you can either select more information or add the item to your basket. If the item in question has any selectable options clicking
Add to Basket will take you to the more information page other wise the item will be added to your basket and shown on the
Your Cart... box to the right of the screen.
When you have finished selecting items then select the
basket logo (top right) to see the full basket information where you can check if all is correct and make changes if required.
To checkout select the
checkout logo to go to the checkout page. We now have a simplified 1 page checkout where all the billing and dispatch information can be entered. Note that this relies on cookies and Javascript being enabled in your browser. If either are not enabled you will go instead to the older checkout procedure which involves 4 separate pages. If you are a regular customer you may wish to open an account, which will enable your address details to be retained so you do not have to re-enter them each time you revisit the store.
Note: Please ensure that when entering the Title, Initials/forename & Surname fields that these add up to give the name on your Credit Card. Also the address should be that known to your Credit Card Company. If these are different to the name and address you wish for delivery these can be entered later when asked for the
Delivery Address. Otherwise click
Select Address under the
Billing Address heading to transfer the
Billing address to the
Delivery address.
Once the delivery address is entered you will be able to set the shipping method (Air Mail only available for delivery countries outside Europe). To change shipping to Air Mail (if available) you need to select
Air Mail in the
Shipping Total box and click on the
Change Shipping box!
Continue to the next stage to select payment options (currently Credit/Debit card only) and then all your entries will be displayed. It is possible to make changes to the address fields at this point.
Fill in the comment box if so wished and tick the
I agree to the Terms and Conditions box and then click the
Submit Order to Us box which will take you to our secure page hosted by
SecureHosting where you can enter your credit card details. (If instead you get an error message you will need to ensure all the required boxed are filled before you repeat the action. When this is done you will be returned (if the transaction was successful) to our completion page which you may print out as a record of your purchase.
In addition an E-mail with the details will be sent to you once the transaction is confirmed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is not essential for Cookies to be allowed for the store to operate correctly although it may lose some of its functionality if cookies are blocked.
