J&K Video 2012 Ever-popular Oporto, with so much transport interest.

Disc 1 traces the history of Oporto’s first generation tramway using extensive quality archive film shot in the 1980’s and 90’s. Also featured are the centenary celebrations when former mule car 22 re-enacted the original run from Carmo to Massarelos in 1995, and a number of preserved cars ran giving free rides. The former trolleybuses are also shown.

Disc 2 covers the three heritage routes which brought trams back to the city centre. There is also considerable coverage of the modern Metro do Porto light rail network and the extensive tramway museum.
