By Michel Forissier, Jean-Pierre Petiot; Published by Editions Les Passionnés de Bouquins 2017

This fascinating book tells the story of one man's determination to bring a new form of transport to his home area on the outskirts of Lyon - a city destined to be a substantial user of the trolleybus right through to the present day. Though the line in question was in service for less than two years it was a pioneer of early railless electric traction and deserves its place in the history of the mode's development.

French text. B5 softback; 184 pages, 45 colour and 69 black & white pictures, several lists and maps.
